How long before I receive my order?

Please allow up to 6 weeks for dispatch of personalised items. Please note that there is an additional 2 weeks turn around for robes to allow for importing. 
This allows us to receive your order, process your payment, produce your items and dispatch them.

Can I change the details I provided?

Of course. Just get in touch and let us know what you want to change.

Can I cancel my order?

We allow up to 2 hours for order cancellations. After this, we have already begun processing. Due to the nature of personalised products, we cannot cancel once processing has begun.

I have an idea of what I want but I cannot see the exact design on your page.

Don't worry, please get in touch, we offer custom designs. We will work with you to achieve the design you want.

There is a spelling mistake/problem/damage to my order.

On the rare occasion that we get things wrong, please don't panic, it can be corrected. Each item is unique so please get in touch with us so that we can correct this for you.
